Megan is the Founder and Owner of Limitless Studio, a space dedicated to movement, strength, and self-discovery. With over 30 years of experience exploring how the body moves, Megan’s journey has been as much spiritual and intellectual as it has been physical. Her passion for movement began in a dance class at the age of five and has since evolved into a lifelong pursuit of wellness and artistic expression.
Throughout her career, Megan has worn many hats—certified personal trainer, aerobics instructor, cheer and dance coach, and instructor of high-energy Hip Hop, Zumba, and cycle classes. Each role has deepened her understanding of the body’s potential and the power of movement to transform.
Her discovery of ballet-inspired fitness, like Barre, brought everything full circle—combining the grace of dance with the strength of structured exercise. At the heart of her work is a singular mission: to inspire others to care for their bodies and, in doing so, care for their hearts and minds. Through her teaching, Megan empowers others to find freedom in movement and confidence in themselves.
In her free time, Megan enjoys dancing, singing in choir, and traveling to visit her three children in Virginia and Arizona.

With 8 years of dedicated practice and 6 years of teaching experience, Stacy brings a playful yet powerful approach to yoga. Her journey truly began after attending her first hot yoga class—something clicked, and yoga quickly became a daily ritual.
Not one to take herself too seriously, Stacy creates classes filled with creativity, laughter, and a few unconventional shapes. But don’t be fooled—her flows are designed to challenge. She believes there's no single “right way” to do yoga. Every body is different, and she encourages students to explore their own unique path on the mat.
If students leave class feeling like they’ve accomplished something meaningful, Stacy considers that mission accomplished.
(And yes, she probably should have run away and joined the circus.)
