Taught in a warm (75F) environment, Power Barre fuses elements of ballet/dance and yoga into a powerful cardio class. Barre is an energizing and muscle targeting workout. Classes include the use of exercise equipment such as mini-balls, hand weights and straps to sculpt, slim and stretch the entire body.
