Barre fuses elements of ballet/dance and yoga into a powerful cardio class. Barre is an energizing and muscle targeting workout. Classes include the use of exercise equipment such as mini-balls, hand weights and straps to sculpt, slim and stretch the entire body.
Ashley has immersed herself in the practice of yoga for over a decade, beginning her journey in 2014 after the birth of her third child. Â With a background in dance and cheerleading, she discovered yoga was the perfect way to rediscover her balance and flexibility. Â Captivated by it unique blend of physical and mental challenges Ashley began her personal exploration and returned to her mat as often as she could. Â
After spending 25 years in the high-stakes fashion industry and experiencing corporate burnout, Ashley recognized the importance of self-care and work-life balance. Â Her journey led her to several teacher trainings in 2017, and eventually a decision to pivot her career entirely.
Certified as a life coach with taruma-informed certification, Ashley combines her 500+ hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Barre with her passion for work-life balance coaching aimed at busy professionals. Â As a firm believer in authenticity, personal development, and the idea that yoga should be inclusive and fun, Ashley focuses on helping clients set meaningful goals while fostering authentic connections. Â
With a lively household of 3 children, husband, and dog, Ashley is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for her family and contributing positively to her community.Â
