Barre fuses elements of ballet/dance and yoga into a powerful cardio class. Barre is an energizing and muscle targeting workout. Classes include the use of exercise equipment such as mini-balls, hand weights and straps to sculpt, slim and stretch the entire body.

Ashley has immersed herself in the practice of yoga for over a decade, beginning her journey in 2014 after the birth of her third child.  With a background in dance and cheerleading, she discovered yoga was the perfect way to rediscover her balance and flexibility.  Captivated by it unique blend of physical and mental challenges Ashley began her personal exploration and returned to her mat as often as she could.  

After spending 25 years in the high-stakes fashion industry and experiencing corporate burnout, Ashley recognized the importance of self-care and work-life balance.  Her journey led her to several teacher trainings in 2017, and eventually a decision to pivot her career entirely.

Certified as a life coach with taruma-informed certification, Ashley combines her 500+ hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Barre with her passion for work-life balance coaching aimed at busy professionals.  As a firm believer in authenticity, personal development, and the idea that yoga should be inclusive and fun, Ashley focuses on helping clients set meaningful goals while fostering authentic connections.  

With a lively household of 3 children, husband, and dog, Ashley is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for her family and contributing positively to her community.
