Taught in a comfortably heated (85F) environment, Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, physical and mental stamina in one session.

Megan is the owner and founder of Limitless Studio. She has explored learning how to care for, and move her body in ways that inspire herself and others for over 30 years. This has not only been a physical journey, but an intellectual and spiritually journey too. Her exploration and learning about body mechanics and artistic self-discovery began in dance class starting at age 5. Ever since that time, Megan has spent her time as a yoga student and eventually became a certified yoga instructor in 2020. She has taught other modalities including; working as a certified personal trainer, step aerobics instructor, cheer and dance coach, and has led Hip Hop Dance and Zumba classes. A ballet inspired workout, Barre, allowed her to combine the soul food of dance with the strength that exercise yields. One of Megan's passions in life, is to inspire others in positive ways- helping others discover how to physically, and thus emotionally, care for oneself.
